Problem
- Lately I've been waking up at noon, have lunch, room cleanup and take a bath, that ends at 3PM. Then, I don't feel fresh, and everything slows down to a halt. I don't get anything done.
Schedule
- Sleep very early (9PM - 10PM)
- Wake up very early (5AM - 7AM)
- Go for a morning jog or swimming (5AM - 8AM)
- Breakfast, reading and relaxation (7AM - 8AM)
- Day starts at 8AM - 9AM.
Results
- Doing very well on August 18th, feels super good! Very positive, relaxing, and got a lot of ideas. Let's see if this keeps up.
